How quickly can I get a temp worker in London?
Often the same day. Call 020 8154 5427 with your site, shift times and headcount, and we'll match vetted workers who are already on our books. Roles that need tickets can take a little longer.
How long can a temp stay?
As long as you need. Many bookings start as one shift and turn into weeks or months. After 12 weeks in the same role, agency worker rules on equal basic pay and conditions apply.
What does a temp worker cost?
You pay one hourly charge rate that covers the worker's pay, PAYE, employer National Insurance, holiday pay, insurance and our margin. The rate depends on the role, shift pattern and how long you need cover, and we quote before anyone starts.
Do you supply temps for night shifts and weekends?
Yes. Our desk is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and night, weekend and bank holiday shifts are a big part of what we do.
Can I hire a temp permanently?
Yes. Many clients use temp-to-perm to try someone first. Any transfer fee depends on how long they've worked for you, and it's set out in your terms upfront.
