Questions we get asked
What's the difference between temp, temp-to-perm and permanent hiring?
Temp staff cover shifts, absence and busy spells, and we pay them. Temp-to-perm lets you try someone before moving them onto your payroll. Permanent recruitment means we search, screen and shortlist candidates for a role you want to fill for good.
Who pays the temp worker?
We do. We run payroll, PAYE, National Insurance and holiday pay, and send you one invoice at your agreed hourly rate. You direct their work day to day.
How much notice do you need?
Same-day cover is common, and a phone call is often all we need. More notice gives us more choice, especially for roles that need tickets such as CSCS or forklift.
Can I ask for the same worker again?
Yes. If someone worked well for you, ask for them by name and we'll try to book them again, subject to their availability.
Do you supply staff for one-off events?
Yes. Event, banqueting, bar and kitchen staff can be booked for a single shift or a run of dates.
Do you cover areas outside London?
Most of our work is in London, mainly East London. Through our partner network we can also cover sites nationwide, so ask us about your location.
Short of staff? Ring us now.
Tell us the site, the shift and how many people. We'll take it from there.
