  • Monitors product setting frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
  • Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
  • Reports any mechanical problems.
  • Utilizes continuous supplementary mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Follows great manufacturing practices and required work secure practices.
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and secure work area.

    Picker/Packer Requirements and Qualifications

    • High scholastic diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
    • Warehouse or assembly heritage experience
