    Job Title: Office Supervisor

    Job Duration: Temporary – 3 Months Initially (Could be Longer)

    Job Location: Central Slough

    Job Start: Sep 2018

    Working Hours: 9am – 5pm – Monday to Friday

    Salary: £15 to £20 per hour (dependrs on experience)

    Job Summary:-

    We are recruiting an experienced Office administrator with supervisory and customer service skills on temporary basis in Central Slough area. An ideal candidate for office supervisor jobs must have following experience and skills: –

    Essentials: –

    • ·       2+ years supervisory experience 
    • ·       2+ years customer service experience 
    • ·       Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
    • ·       Use of all Microsoft office systems 
    • ·       Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (preferred but not essential training will be provided)
    • ·       Must comply with client / company regulations and requirements
    • ·       Excellent organisational skills 
    • ·       Able to work in a fast-paced client facing environment 

    Main Responsibilities: –

    1. Process access requests in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (training provided)
    2. Produce output files either for Franking locally or sending to mailing service
    3. Handling incoming calls, emails and post – responding to queries, raising tickets in CRM (training provided)

    Supervisory Responsibilities: –  

    • Monitoring the volume and quality of work performed by office juniors
    • Assigning work as required
    • Monitor attendance of office juniors, manage holiday and vacancy requests
    • Produce a weekly progress report
    • Attend management meetings as required – make suggestions and implement process improvements
    • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
    • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
    • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
