    Job Title: IT Support Specialist

    Job Duration: Temporary to permanent

    Job Locations: West End, London

    Salary: £11 to £13 per hour (Depends on Experience)

    Job Summary

    We are recruiting an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide a high level of technical support. This is a technical role requiring proven support experience using W10 desktop environment, support with Office 2016 along with printers/scanners & mobile communications. The company is approximately 30 users and has a refreshed server/storage/network infrastructure.


    • Provide a courteous and professional service to our clients at all time.
    • Provide first, second and third line support, answering support queries via phone, email and on-site and through our ticketing service for up to 30 users per site
    • To meet and exceed our SLA’s with our clients
    • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, telephones etc.)
    • Check computer hardware to ensure functionality
    • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications. Manage user accounts.
    • Monitor and maintain local networks in ways that optimize business performance
    • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
    • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
    • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
    • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
    • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders


    • Certifications in: Cisco CCNA, Mac OS, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT, Network security (degree in IT is desirable but not required.)
    • Min 3 years experience
    • Proven experience as IT Support Specialist
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
    • Fast learner as we continuously evaluating and installing new products.
    • Excellent communication ability
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
    • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
    • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
