We are looking for an experienced Caretaker to accept care of the property and maintain it by cleaning it and disposing off the trash from the property as they care for buildings and grounds of specific properties and usually live upon the premises in order to allow better surveillance.

Responsibilities Of Caretaker Jobs in Norbury

 

• carry out day-to-day child support and juvenile repairs
• book external contractors for major fix work
• make determined heating, lighting, and alarm systems are on the go properly
• check doors and windows are locked adjacent the building is not in use
• open going on buildings in the morning and lock them at the halt of the day
• order fuel, cleaning materials, new equipment, and furniture as required
• take bookings if rooms in the building are understandable for hire
• arrange chairs and tables for meetings and certain them away afterward
• supervise other cleaning staff
