We are looking for an experienced Caretaker to take care of the property and preserve it by cleaning it and disposing off the garbage from the property as they care for buildings and grounds of specific properties and usually live upon the premises in order to meet the expense of better surveillance.

• carry out day-to-day allowance and juvenile repairs
• book outdoor contractors for major fix work
