    Job Title: Breakfast Chef / Chef de partie

    Job Duration: Permanent

    Job Started: As soon as possible

    Shift Days / Timings: Full Time, 5 Days a week (40 – 48 hours pw)

    Salary: £22K

    Responsible to prepare and deliver the brunch service as well as dinners, providing a high standard of fresh food and oversee the checking of all deliveries.

    Also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and take full responsibility for the shift.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Cooking and managing the brunch and dinner service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable experience
    • Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after each shift and ensure cleanliness of areas at all times.
    • Ensure the department is operated within the appropriate legislation and the appropriate records are maintained up-to-date.
    • Ensuring and controlling levels of quality at all times.
    • Personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
    • Assist with producing menus and new dishes.
    • Adhere to Health & Safety policies and regulations.
    • Have a good knowledge on health & safety, hygiene, equal opportunities, HACCP and any other legislation.
    • Able to handle pressure calmly and professionally.
    • Attend training courses as and when required.
