Shift Days / Timings: Full Time, 5 Days a week (40 – 48 hours pw)
Responsible to prepare and deliver the brunch service as well as dinners, providing a high standard of fresh food and oversee the checking of all deliveries.
Also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and take full responsibility for the shift.
